I wake up early and make the most of it by heading straight to the gym! This routine energizes me for the day ahead and helps me maintain my physical health.

After my workout, I come home to shower, choose an outfit, and have breakfast before driving to the Hawthorne office.
8.00 AM
The commute to Hawthorne usually takes me around 30 minutes. Once I get there, I start by putting my stuff down at my desk and then head straight to the office coffee machine. It's my little ritual to kick off the day and get into work mode.
9.00 AM
I head over to my desk and start my day by diving into emails. It's where I catch up on tasks from my team leaders and managers, making sure I'm up to speed and ready to tackle whatever the day brings. It's like the morning briefing before the action begins!
11.00 AM
If screenings are happening, I usually schedule them before lunch. It gives me a chance to prep the questions I'll ask and get everything ready.
12.00 PM
Most days, I usually buy my lunch and join my colleagues. It's a great time to catch up, chat about work or personal interests, and enjoy a break from the day's tasks.
1.00 PM
After finishing lunch, I head back to the office to handle various tasks such as creating detailed candidate profiles, conducting thorough reference checks, and making follow-up phone calls to candidates and clients. In between those tasks, I also conduct pre-screening assessments that may have been scheduled earlier during the day or the previous day I worked.
4.00 PM
After wrapping up all the candidate profiles and updating Bullhorn, it's finally time to call it a day. I make sure to say goodbye to everyone on my team and the folks sitting nearby.
5.30 PM
After heading home, if I haven't already gone in the morning, I head to the gym. On other days, I like to switch things up by playing sports!
10.30 PM
At the end of the day, I unwind by watching TV and taking a shower before going to bed early around 10:30 pm.
