The graduate cohort is observed as one group during the graduate programme so there's not really room for promotion until you finish the programme, unless all grads get a promotion at once. Though if you are going well, you can get recognized through bonus or gift rather than formal promotion.

I think the grad programme should only last for a year - I think as a grad this would be more motivating to stay on.

Progression while being part of the graduate programme is a 0. You cannot progress and if you do you will not be compensated for it. Once released from the graduate programme progression is a 10, there is a clear set path for each role on ways to progress. Additionally, there is the opportunity to become a principal and own company shares.

I haven't had any promotion opportunities, but I have been recognized for work I have lead in the cultural space.

After completing a year, there are promotion opportunities based on the skills you acquired in that year. Your growth is directly proportional to the hours you work on yourself.

I feel like it is a long process to go from a grad to being moved into a more senior position. I am a little confused on revisions of salaries and have been told this is only for non grads for the time being. However, there are plenty of opps when you are not a grad to progress your career, so I am not too worried
