A lot of the work we do is directly related to reducing our environmental impact as a society, and all the work we do is informed by environmental considerations.

We have office audits and recycling in all offices. It could be better in some offices, but generally there is a lot of initiatives in place to reduce waste and improve the environmental performance of the business.

Don't know much about these so early on. There are some initiatives in the office, like taking a mug downstairs for coffee, and previously soft plastic recycling.
