Clearly comminuted and explained. Everyone is given an opportunity to answer questions and also ask questions. Structured really well from online video interview to in store group assessment.

I would probably tell people to have the three qualities that Gerry Harvey believes people should have. One of them is being likeable. Have that ability. Hard working, willing to go the extra mile and quick learner.
