To ensure continued success in driving and growing its print business, HP is seeking a recent graduate with up to 12 months of experience to join a sales role specifically focusing on its SMB customers.

Based in Auckland, the ideal candidate possesses a strong desire and drive to work for HP and make a significant impact during this exciting time in the company's evolution. At HP, the future is yours to create!

If you are their Graduate SMB Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work within their Poly Business Unit which has a focus on collaboration solutions for Hybrid work
  • Engage with multiple sales channels including distribution, partner and end-user sales
  • Articulate the HP value proposition to prospective customers
  • Lead customers on a journey to deliver solutions and products as a service
  • Create and manage HP funnel for deals, transforming potential leads within the SMB market into signed sales
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Promote HP offerings to become a key part of the customer's business and solutions
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

About you

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Understanding of the unified collaboration market including competing vendors and the channel
  • Strong understanding of business/finance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
