THE ROLE

We run a rotational program where you’ll be exposed to:

  • Foundational HR – payroll, people operations, people assistance/advice.
  • Growing HR – HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition.
  • Specialist HR – Safety & Wellbeing, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic team player, who is inquisitive and demonstrates a growth mindset. A Graduate that challenges the status quo and is a blue-sky thinker.  

At IAG our PP&R teams manage all things people and culture-related for the Group, creating an environment that embraces diversity and empowers our people to be key influencers, thought leaders and valued partners of our businesses. Our plan is to continue to invest in our people and systems and drive a culture that capitalises on diversity and creativity.As a Human Resources Graduate in our PP&R division, you’ll have exposure to a varied range of HR and People-related activities. Key responsibilities could include:

  • Supporting our People Operations and People Connect teams with the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding and employee enquiries
  • Supporting stakeholders with managing people and performance-related matters
  • Assisting with renumeration benchmarking and review

REQUIREMENTS 

  • A university degree or higher (from 2022-2024) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2024 – Human Resources Management, Business or related academic background
  • An average credit achievement (65%+), and
  • Are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
