The Technology & Operations team play a critical role in driving innovation, resilience and sustainable technology that enables IAG to achieve its customer focused strategy.  

As a Technology & Operations Grad you will have exposure to the following:

  • Involved in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the Group Technology strategy.
  • Designing and engineering of contemporary, unified general insurance platforms.  
  • Supporting our people to evolve resilient, scalable technology.
  • Building reusable integration and automation assets.  
  • Delivering leading edge tooling and organisational optimisation.
  • Designing how our customers, our brokers, our partners and our colleague interact digitally every day. 

We’re seeking a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines that will compliment the diversity of thought across our Technology and Operations business. REQUIREMENTS  

  • A university degree or higher (from 2022-2024) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2024 – Technology, Science, Business or Arts disciplines. 
  • An average credit achievement (65%+), and  
  • Are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or New Zealand permanent resident.
