Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The culture is friendly and vibrant. It is welcoming to all new people who come into the office.

The culture is generally friendly and welcoming to newcomers. There seems to be cultural differences between different work sites though, with some more positive than others. I feel that the culture and morale at the company has declined over the past year.

I felt welcomed and included by almost all people I met both in the Perth office and on site. I enjoyed engaging in social activities such as evening walks, gym classes and soccer games. This also gave me the opportunity to meet a variety of people from different departments. Several times strangers would sit with me at mealtimes and chat which was a nice surprise.

It's very easy going and I feel very supported by my supervisor who allows me to have meaningful input into projects while also not allowing me to get bogged down doing tedious work and paperwork. It's a very relaxed environment although I do not get to really socialize with other graduates and vacation students as they are in different areas.

Culture is good within the crew. A bit of disharmony between different crews and panels which makes it challenging to keep pushing forward and achieving goals. Senior company leadership seemed to avoid giving updates on making tough decisions which created more uncertainty and stress on site.

I have found it extremely easy to get along with coworkers during and after office hours. I have found it refreshing to be able to have conversions with almost anyone on site - from the GM to operators to camp staff. After work, my team usually gets dinner together, some people go to the gym together. As someone who moved from another state for my internship, even once the work week is over, my colleagues are still helpful and have offered me transport, recommendations for places to visit and have given me their contacts should I ever need help. At work, the teams work extremely well. It isn't a strict work environment which I think helps people relax and actually enjoy work.
