7.9
7.9 rating for Diversity, based on 10 reviews
Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
the company has a clear commitment to diversity. The parental leave is extensive to allow for both partners to be able to take time away from work. There is also a strong focus on the recruitment and retention of women, ethnic minorities and the LGBTQIA+ community. The company also is a part of pride professionals which focuses on the support of employees apart of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Overall, I think good work has been done to promote gender and sexuality diversity at my employer. I do feel that we could be doing more to promote cultural and ethinc diversity. I'm also concerned that more could be done to support new parents and working mums. I think child care support should be offered, more flexible rosters and remote working arrangements, and maternity leave policies should be increased to bring the company to standard with other major industry players.

Committed in terms of recruitment and great maternity leave policies, and good awareness in South Perth office through various panels and morning teas. Not really a focus on-site.

They're working on a 40/40/20 diversity commitment, employ pretty much anyone. I actually think its an advantage to be in the diverse category than not. They offer paternal and maternal leave and it's pretty flexible, I don't know about much else.
