Managers are very accessible and make exceptional mentors. Internal communication, performance feedback and recognition is approached professionally and consistently.

During my time with the company, I've had some great managers who are good mentors and provide recognition and feedback. However, I've also had some managers who were disconnected and uninvolved. While there are some good managers at my company, I feel that it all comes down to what team you work in.

I always feel like I can approach my manager easily and feel supported as I complete my projects. I appreciate how much my manager has helped me with planning my own progression and providing insight into their own challenges and unique career journey.

Seniors and supervisors on-site provide good leadership. Sometimes hard to get direct feedback and recognition as they are so busy, but have been able to delegate to other employees.
