Assessment day was great - felt welcomed and well supported/not daunting. Online application process and aptitude quiz was straightforward and easy to navigate.

Submitted my application and then I got a phone call for an interview in Perth. IGO flew me to Perth and put me up in accommodation for the interview process which was a one-on-one interview and multiple group assessments. I thought the interview process was really quite creative and screened for a range of skills - EQ and IQ. Then I got a phone call saying I got the job a few weeks later. I don't remember doing an online assessment.
