We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 Graduate Program.  

What our two-year Graduate Program offers:

Kicking off in February 2026, you will begin your permanent role with your first job placement which is carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.  

  • Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR) $92,000.00 Inclusive of Superannuation reviewed annually so that you are rewarded for your effort and dedication.

What your role may include:

  • Assisting in delivering a scope of work in accordance with project plans and design specifications
  • Assist project engineering professionals and frontline supervisors to improve plant maintenance and operation
  • Perform routine project engineering activities to a prescribed standard, and under the direct supervision of experienced project delivery professionals.
