Managers are quite good, however they could sometimes be more considerate of juniors' capacities. Performance feedback is quite good, internal communication could be better just in terms of setting an example, praise is appreciated and recognition is not quite there

I am satisfied with my managers. They are accessible and make great mentors. Performance feedback occurs at the end of every engagement and once every six months. However, you are able to do this at shorter intervals if desired.

I am satisfied with my managers, they are accessible and make good mentors. We have performance reviews every six months (or sooner if required/up to personal preference) in which we have the opportunity to provide feedback to our mentors/the company and receive feedback. Throughout the year we also have the opportunity, as analysts, to provide upward feedback to colleagues at higher levels (eg. Partners, Directors).
