I think the progression paths have been laid out quite clearly in the presentations with many career paths an engineer can either pivot into. The initial promotions are quite straightforward and require some work. Promotion into more senior roles is increasingly difficult though with limited selection.

Starting as an Undergrad you obviously are at the very bottom, once you've completed your qualification at unit there is an opportunity to move up to graduate engineer. Through performance and hard work there are further opportunities to move up and around the business hierarchy
