All of my experiences have been positive. There have been many projects with strong social and environmental targets. For example social procurement targets on some projects include local procurement, employment of disadvantaged people, employment of First Nations people, working with social enterprises. I am also strongly encouraged by the strong net zero and absolute zero carbon targets.

Some of the work I have done personally that relates to their CSR commitments is largely around reducing the carbon footprint that building can leave on the the environment. This relates to tracking materials, energy and water usages to ensure the building meets their green star targets.
