As a business, we are encouraged to constantly strive to meet the L'Oreal For The Furure Objectives ie. environmental and social causes such as supporting vulnerable women. In addition, brand causes ie. Stand Up Against Street Harassment etc. are executed on a brand level.

Sustainability is huge, lots of brands investing in refills & green beauty projects to do their part. Business also has a legal sustainability advisor to conduct analysis on campaigns we want to run to ensure they're not harming the enviroment. Each brand has a unique brand cause in addition, focusing on issues like literacy, domestic abuse, support for oncology patients, LGBTQIA+ issues and representation etc
