Yes. They are either in the room with me or immediately reachable via messaging. During our induction our manager and team leader would brief us on aspects of the company. Asking them for advice is always an option and they are always willing to assist.

All the managers are extremely good mentors. They are more than people and regularly check up with how you are doing, even on days you aren't working or if they are out of office. They are always accessible, even on weekends/off days and will definitely praise you and reward you.

I can reach out to my managers at any time. They can be your mate, but also won't let that get in the way of what needs to be done. I always receive feedback and recognition, they are excellent mentors for any graduate.

Management is quite transparent, and the line managers are heavily engaged with the team. They provide constant feedback to everyone and ensure that needs such as training and development are met. There is lot of recognition provided by management as well peers for going above and beyond.
