Pay and bonuses are very good. They don't advertise the bonuses and super until you get your role so the pay looks a lot less than it seems. Everyone starts on the same base salary and everyone's salary increases every 6 months (until you change roles/get a different role). The bonuses are very rewarding and generous.

Starts a bit lower than some IT entry roles but is much better in the long run. Bonuses can "over-achieve" and be increased if earnings goals are exceeded which incentivizes you to work harder.

For a graduate level role, the pay is great especially when you factor in the salary increases when you complete your technical certifications.

I believe the starting pay is very reasonable, the incentivized certification program offers very generous pay bumps whilst improving your overall skillset. Company bonus is also a great addition.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Sleeping in on your birthday. Some weeks our line manager buys us lunch for the day. Our team leader stocks us up on snacks. On occasion there are work outings set up by management.

They expense a lot of things you buy e.g. certs. There are also perks for discounts at certain places and free lunches/food/snacks/coffee are quite common around the workplace

Top performers in the company get to go on trips related to their business unit (some domestic some international). For example, the engineers once went to the black hat conference in Singapore. From the looks of it, it's a lot of fun.
