Alright pay and decent bonuses at christmas and mid year.

Bonuses are incredible to receive. To have your work validated in that way is good. Pay is good for graduates just fresh from uni.

Bonus are shared amongst all team members which is great as everyone has their part to play.

For those that put in the next level of work the pay and salary is remunerated accordingly. However this is not based on hard you work however how creative and strategic you can be.
Midlevel, Sydney - 26 Jul 2019
Pay is a little bit on the low side as it is 45 hours when you start of as a grad however hard work will result in promotions and the pay will increase accordingly which is great. They have a 2 pronged bonus system which is always so great however one is a branch performance based.
Graduate, Coburg - 26 Jul 2019
Pay is average however bonus is a plus.
Graduate, Melbourne - 24 Jul 2019
The bonuses are a nice gesture and obviously I am very grateful to be able to receive a bonus, it varies on the amount depending on the year and how much money was made. The salary is quite average.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 23 Jul 2019
Bonuses are great, when we make them. However i don't feel the pay is reflective of the work we do, especially when you put in extra time.

Entry pay seemed a little low but as you take on more responsibility you are quickly rewarded. Not only this but you typically see a mid-year bonus if your branch exceeds their profit target.

The bonuses in our company are beyond amazing! We even get a Ham at Christmas and a bucket of apples during the year! It reminds of our roots and grounds us to work harder for our bonuses.

The perks would be team bonding for example The Amazing Race, then there is the Christmas party. We also have a yearly winery tour which you pay an amount.

Some warehouses have an on-site gym. Free flu shots.

Snacks and beverages (after 5) on a Friday.
Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Jul 2019
Occasional opportunity to attend sports events with a few other team members. I would say one of the best perks is also the in-house training team which offers frequent opportunities to go on courses and really engage with other people from all over the business.

In my branch we have tickets to all Suncorp games, a drink on Friday paid for, free flu shots, toast, milk, free fruit and milo. Plenty of events that are paid for as well which are always fun!
