The Mars Leadership Experience is not your average graduate program! Our award winning, 2-year program is packed with unforgettable experiences, opportunities and learning. 

To us, every graduate is a potential leader. Thatโ€™s why we offer you the unique opportunity to step into a real role, right from the start. Youโ€™ll be given responsibility and empowered to make an impact right from the get-go by delivering real results. 

Our graduates complete 2 x 12-month rotations across our business, allowing you to truly experience the breadth of what we have to offer. We have multiple factories and offices across Australia and New Zealand, and we are looking for open minded graduates who are willing to take on any experience across our locations and functional groups. 

With mentorship from senior leaders, hands-on experience, and a collaborative environment, youโ€™ll rapidly develop the skills and knowledge needed to fast track your career. 

About the Multi-Function New Zealand stream 

Our New Zealand business is a diverse mix of passionate Associates who focus on the marketing, sale and distribution of our products within NZ. 

With teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing HR, graduates in New Zealand will complete one rotation in Sales and then a second rotation in a different function. This builds exceptional breadth in our graduates which accelerates their development.
