Job Description

  • Enrol in an intensive training and development program to learn your craft as a recruiter
  • Develop client relationships through calls and meetings
  • Drive new revenue opportunities through business development
  • Generate assignments and match client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions
  • Interview candidates using behavioural based interviewing techniques
  • Guide, feed back and influence customers through the interview process; manage salary negotiations
  • Manage fee/price negotiations
  • Source, sell and place candidates successfully in line with client expectations

Whilst Sales and Corporate experience is helpful, you don't need a particular type of experience to be a recruiter. It's the personal qualities that guide your behaviour at work that make you successful. The traits that our most successful recruiters have are:
