The diversity at my company is high. There are lots of people from different backgrounds, all having their own little insights into the company.

I don't have enough data to provide an informed answer to this question but it's my understanding the company is committed to achieve working equality and they have internal and external communication channels to report any misconduct.

I would've liked to have seen more women in the office. The Graduate program did do a very good job of having 50% male to female ratio and a diverse range of people, but the company as a whole is mostly men.

They are actively seeking to increase diversity and inclusion within the workplace. In the office there is a good level of gender diversity, as well as recent policies published regarding maternity leave and new childcare facilities available at the Osborne Park office.

The female representation of apprentices (roles such as boilermakers, electricians, auto-electricians, mechanical fitters & heavy duty fitters) is 25% and set to grow in the coming years. It's incredible to see more female representation in these roles.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
They are currently branching out through the development of numerous entry level programs and making them available over all social websites, television and radios. These entry level programs consist of truck operators, to university graduates and apprenticeships.
