As a graduate lawyer, I work across most matters the team takes on. Tasks generally include legal research, drafting correspondence, drafting court forms, attending hearings and assisting in management/discovery of documents. I am also able to solely assist the partner on smaller matters, which involves greater conduct of the matter in terms of managing the matter, the documents, client correspondence, providing advice and strategy considerations.
