Amazing

Large open-plan office space. Would be preferrable to have offices (how it used to be before renovations) as can occasionally get loud if multiple people taking calls. Meeting/phone rooms are available. Facilities are all suitable. Dress code is relaxed for a law firm. Formal attire only required when attending court or meeting with clients - otherwise business casual usually acceptable.

The offices are newly renovated, comfortable and have good shared kitchen/dining facilities. The office is also well located, in the CBD near many food outlets and public transport options. The dress code is generally corporate with each Friday as casual. Days involving court attendance or client meetings require a higher standard of dress, e.g. jackets.

Great location and facilities. Dress code in corporate M&A is quite formal (usually a jacket for gentlemen and most women wear heels). However across the firm it is more relaxed with no strict dress code.

The office space is presentable and facilities are always clean. MinterEllison has showers available on site as well as hair dryer/straighteners etc. Excellent location from public transport.

We have just moved into a brand new, custom designed office in Perth's newest office building in Elizabeth Quay. The office is amazing, and has seen a lot more client events hosted in the building and a greater number of people in the office all the time.

the offices are beautiful, open and brand new. Sometimes working in an open plan office environment can be distracting when people take multiple calls per day.

Space is largely good. Some systemic issues expected for a large scale building (occasional bathroom issues, water tap challenges which are rectified quickly upon notification). Dress code is dress for your day, formal for client meetings and casual particularly over the summer.

the office spaces are lovely, my only issue is that we hot desk meaning a different desk each day so we don't have the opportunity to make or personalise our own space.

Our Sydney office is amazing. Very close to local transport. It is a big building where we have floors from 34 to 41. They are always clean and ergonomic. In the building there is a gym area and great bathroom amenities. There is also an amazing cafe and lots of meeting rooms.

Our office space is nice, with plenty of windows bringing in natural light. The dress code is business, but no one is overly formal i.e., no one wears a tie.

Office space is excellent, state of the art!

Office space is quite old and things are often broken / not working properly; however, it is in a nice location near the river. The dress code varies between teams but is generally quite flexible - "dress for your day"

Everything is very modern and well-planned; there were recently renovations. Dress code is pretty relaxed, especially for a law firm

The offices are located in a very convenient location in the CBD and have good facilities (showers, hair straighteners etc). The dress code is business professional but there is room for personal expression. A few more snacks/refreshment options would take the office to a 10!

The Perth office (currently on levels 2 and 3) lack a lot of natural light and windows. I'm very excited for this to change next year.

Wonderful facilities, smart dress but no suit culture

Very reasonable dress code. Casual Fridays - although some people tend to get away with dressing fairly casually even during the week, subject to client commitments / meetings.

Office fit out is old (new building coming soonish). Technology is and IT support is up to date. Dress code is generally relaxed / dress for day.
Graduate, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2023
Great location overlooking the river, no complaints. The office spaces could probably be a bit more modern but I love the size of my office and the stationery cupboards are always filled to the brim. Everyone is usually dressed very professionally, and I myself sway between smart casual (as in a more casual looking dress) and office attire (pencil dresses) depending on whats going on.
