The company requires at least 3 days a week in the office. I spend the other 2 in my home office.

Pretty good! My team isn't too fussed with whether I'm doing my work in the office or at home, as long as I'm able to keep on top of everything!

I usually work from 10am to 5-6pm. The work hours are really flexible! Sometimes I finish early if I need to do something afterwork.

Since the end of covid, there is more of a push back into the office, and that feels dated. However it's not heavily enforced. Generally I go in 1-2 days a week. Work hours are quite flexible, around the 9-5 template.

The working hours is very flexible but this is dependant on the team you work on. We work 9AM-5PM and there is no expectance to work outside of that. If you like to shift a few hours either way, they will accommodate that for you.
