Please describe the interview process and assessments.
First we had to complete an online application and then had to do a video interview answering a few questions. We had the assessment centre next and the 1-1 interview both on the same day.

I was referred by a friend. I was then asked to film my responses to some interview questions and submit them. I was then sent a cognitive assessment to complete. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre which was a group interview.

I was referred to the company by a friend. We were asked to film video responses to some interview questions. We were then asked to complete a cognitive assessment. The last step was a group interview/assessment centre.

The interview process was engaging and enjoyable, with initial online meetings followed by a challenging case study that allowed me to showcase my critical thinking skills. It was a reflection of the company's values and culture and I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity to join the team.

The process started with applying online. Followed by a questionnaire and problem solving challenges which tested your cognitive and interpersonal skills. It was then followed by a video interview where I had to answer 3 questions via video and send it in. Finally, it finished with an assessment centre where we were asked to collaborate with other applicants in a group activity, as well as present a 10 minute presentation based on a data extract we were provided, and then finally an interview with 2 nan employees.

What questions were you asked in your interviews?
What are the projects I've worked on in the past? A challenging time and how I dealt with it?
Graduate, Sydney - 16 May 2023
I don't recall the video interview questions but the assessment centre involved working together with other candidates to invent a super-hero.
Graduate, Sydney - 08 May 2023
During the interview process, I was asked the usual round of questions that you'd expect. While they weren't particularly difficult, I appreciated the chance to be completely honest and open about my experiences and qualifications. I felt that the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a candidate, and the questions were geared towards understanding my fit with the company's culture and values.

Practice your responses for the video questions. Be assertive in the assessment centre, a lot of times your team may go off track, ensure that the task is completed within the time limit.

Understand the company's goals and visions, show eagerness to learn. In the assessment centre, demonstrate some level of assertiveness and consciousness for time as you only have a certain time limit to complete the goal and some people tend to go off track.

Be honest and true to your answers. Confident and clear when speaking. The interviewers are only intimidating if you believe them so. Do a mock interview first to prepare
