Graduate pay is quite good to begin with and increases after a year.

Adequate, they cant pay a crazy amount due to public perception, but they also desire to retain staff, so they usually go for a "middle of the road" rate for enterprise companies

Occasional free travel, the company is partnered with some brands so you can get discounts sometimes.
