Nova Systems is always very forward on what's going on, and I'm yet to encounter situations where things have been shut down or not spoken about. While I don't know the in's and out's of our CSR, these type of interactions give me confidence.

For the graduates, they have programs to help younger students in both univeristy and high school with STEM related things. They volunteer at networking nights and help run aerospace competitions within high schools.

Just like company diversity, there is a similar push for charitable drives, environmental initiatives and community-based issues. The most recent being a fundraiser for homeless support and supplying safe and warm supplies.
