There is a mentorship program - it links people with really good mentors. Some managers are really good, have great internal communication with regular 1-on-1s and team meetings, some managers see you as a tool to get the job done and are only looking upwards/out for themselves. Managers seem to be good at passing on praise and recognition - unclear if this actually influences anything.

Our managers are always open to discuss things when asked, and act as good mentors/role models.

Managers are accessible depending on the projects and the are you work in. Internal communication is good. Performance feedback is good, however harder when working on a client project and you are independent to the organisation.

Managers are very accessible. they do make good mentors. they communicate well, give feedback constructively and help plan for improvement. They are ready and willing to give praise and recognition.

My line manager is also my project lead engineer. He is by far one of the most inspiring engineers and people like him make working in this company an absolute pleasure. He is very passionate and is always ready to help you out regardless of how busy he is. He prioritised our learning and its very evident in the way he manages the team and us graduates. He is the only manager I am in contact with daily so he is the only one I have an opinion on.

I feel I can reach out to any of my managers and request feedback on my performance. For work where I have performed exceptional on, that was recognised and praised by my managers

Not all managers make good mentors. Many do not have the time to complete all managerial tasks as they are also full time on project/client work which is to the detriment of teams and support

Managers are always open and happy to chat to you about projects, career aspirations, goals or just general relevant knowledge.

Managers are very accessible and make great mentors. Many are very easy to chat to and very helpful when asked for advice. As all of my managers are in Melbourne, like me, it is very easy to go to the office to speak with them. Performance feedback has been detailed and fair, with helpful debriefs from my line manager afterwards.

I have great managers and mentors. I can have very honest conversations with them and feel like they are looking out for me. Always checking in and willing to follow-up on my questions.

Management and managers are easy to approach. They will share their knowledge if you ask. Feedback and recognition is given to you from managers after completing tasks.

From my experience, my managers have been fantastic. They've supported me and assisted with formulating my career goals and helping me achieve them. Communicating with them is very easy and they are very upfront with feedback and recognition.

All my managers are extremely accessible and happy to talk when first available. So far I have found them all to be good mentors who do their best to help with any problem and develop understanding of di_erent facets of the job. Recognition and feedback is given freely with an aim towards improvement instead of criticism, if goals aren't achieved then it's a discussion on what can be done to improve so they are achieved and exceeded in the future including what training or help might be required.

Nothing negative to say. I know there's usually a lot on people's plates and they go out of their way to make sure individuals are getting the personal support they need. They're very accessible, just sometimes quite busy to respond instantly.
