Branch manager and region managers very accessible and happy to talk. Head office managers send communications, so they are open and seen. Senior staff in branch are excellent teachers. Performance appraisal once a year.

I am very satisfied with my managers, they were very accessible as they were in the same office, I never felt uncomfortable asking them questions about the work I was doing.

If you want to know how you're going in your current role you need to be proactive and ask. Otherwise, performance revies are conducted yearly, however, during the first year my Boss/Mentor discussed what his expectations were every 3 months.

I am very satisfied with my managers and how accessible they are. They are good mentors for me. I am able to have meetings with my manager to discuss my performance and how I am progressing.

The Branch manager at work interacts with us very well but as your go up the hierarchy it is harder to get in contact with people. Which is understandable as they have a lot more people to look after.

Yes, all the managers so far have been good mentors and provided support when needed. They have always kept an eye on us to see if we were struggling or not and have recognized the work we have done.
