How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Full-time without overtime paid. We do overtime hours, but they include reasonable overtime in salary package. They are flexible when it comes to needing time off for appointments or if you have sick kids. Maternity/paternity flexibility is also very good.

Hours in the office physically vary, as majority of the hours are done out in the paddock. SO far hours are flexible with working with the weather (hot days) and with lots of driving involved and training all things are accounted for and very easily worked into your hours and commitments

The office hours vary. Throughout the summer you will be spending a lot of hours in the branch if you are in a winter rainfall zone like I am (Yorke Peninsula). Throughout the season, most days we are out doing paddock inspections and interacting with farmers which is my favourite part of the job.

My office hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm. with an hour variance most days. They are flexible hours as sometimes you may have early morning meetings with US/Canada based on the work you are doing.

My work hours are from 9AM to 5PM. As a global company that works closely with our counterpart in the US, our company if very flexible when it comes to hours, if for instance you needed to wake up very early to work with the US on something that was urgent you're more than welcome to drop off earlier that same day. Where appropriate flexibility is allowed.

Its the type of work where you are on call most of the day, and you work till you get what you need to done. If that's 1 or 2 hours later getting home that's what it is, or leaving an hour or two earlier. Its just the nature of the game we play in.

I work 8-5pm Monday to Friday (occasionally work later days especially during the growing season). I work a Saturday in the shop from 8-12 every 3-4 weeks.

Autonomy is high. Performance is very task focused. ie: if you achieve your tasks and need to negotiate a flexible work day this is not an issue.
