My supervision provides great support and advice to get me familiar to works and detailed feedback. I learn a lot from her.

My supervisor and managers are very accessible, and are very approachable. They want me to succeed, and really strike a great balance between providing a healthy challenge and providing the resources to do my work. The feedback is regular, constructive, and positively given. The other thing is they understand you are a grad, and do really well to keep stress at the appropriate levels.

They are sometimes disorganized and slow to respond to issues. I don't think there is as much oversight on the program as there should be, especially as some graduates are placed on rotations where the team has no interest in them or uses them as a bonus admin staffer. Further, where there are issues with HR the graduate team are incredibly slow to respond and support.

I have a very helpful manager who understands this is my first job in government and is always happy to have a chat or provide some advice whenever I need it. My manager is easily accessible and provides good feedback.

My current manager is approachable and gives me feedback. I have also done a Performance Development Agreement which we will review mid-way into the rotation.

My managers have been fantastic. The are always willing to help me develop, trying to expose me to as many opportunities as possible and always willing to take the time to check in.

In the beginning I had trouble approaching and communicating with my manager. I think that had more to do with me though. After having a few meetings with her I now find her very approachable and invested in my professional development.
