I work a standard 36.25 hours a week and go home. My current department is very flexible when it comes to hours (between 7am-7pm daily) and allows employees to work remotely when needed/wanted.

There is a strong commitment to work/life balance and almost always work my contracted hours of 7.15 hours per day. There are times where you might need to work a bit longer one day here or there but you can always take it back easily. Extremely flexible. e.g., I prefer to start work early and finish early, that was no problem, I also like mixed WFH/in-office to break up my week, again no issue.

I am expected to work 7hrs and 15 mins per day. There is a lot of flexibility with start times and options if I do need to access more flexible arrangements.

I work 7 hours 15 minutes per day and any extra time over that is accrued as flex time (meaning I can use it as leave later). It may change slightly depending on your rotation but generally start, finish and lunch times are completely flexible as long as you work your hours.

Very flexible. I work 7 h 15 per day, and any over time I do, I am credited with flex time. It is rare that I do overtime, especially as a graduate.
