We approach problems with curiosity, challenging the status quo to develop innovative solutions in partnership with Australian businesses and not-for-profits. Together, we strive to make a positive impact and drive meaningful change.

Here, you’ll be surrounded by peers who have your back and leaders who support you, in an environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.

Your Future Team

In the Operations Transformation team, you'll thrive in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Working with your peers, you'll develop solutions for challenges like updating operating models to integrate new suppliers and establish business relationships as the industry evolves. As new business models emerge, you'll help businesses understand and define their interactions, formalise relationships, and plan logistics for major capital projects.

Your problem-solving skills, integrity, and growth mindset will make a significant impact across industries such as Energy, Utilities, Resources, and Mining. Along the way, you'll build relationships and skills for lifelong success.

What will a normal day look like?

As a Graduate in Operations Transformation, you’ll need a degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated program start date is the 24th February 2025.
