About PwC

At PwC, we work together to create a better tomorrow for our people, our clients, and the communities we serve. We approach problems with curiosity, challenging the status quo to develop innovative solutions in partnership with Australian businesses and not-for-profits. Together, we strive to make a positive impact and drive meaningful change.

That’s where our people come in. Whether you’re just beginning your career or have plenty of experience under your belt, we believe your unique perspective can help us to deliver valued insights that make a real impact. Here, you’ll be surrounded by peers who have your back and leaders who support you, in an environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.

What is the Vacation Program?

Start building your network and skills that will give you the future you want through the PwC Vacation Program!

If you're in your second last (penultimate) year of graduate or postgraduate studies, this program is designed for you. The program runs over four to eight weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes full-time work experience during the university break.

With market-leading industry experience and world-class learning, a summer spent at PwC can set you up for an exciting future inside or outside our walls!

Your Future Team

In the SAP team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems like lack of transparency into the cost of goods produced and sold, uncontrolled and maverick procurement spend, or excessive use of Excel spreadsheets to run the business and produce plans/reports. You'll use problem-solving, integrity, and a growth mindset to make an impact in Consumer and Industrial Products, or the Energy, Utilities, and Resources industries. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.

What will a normal day look like?

  • Attend client meetings to assess current pain points
  • Brainstorm on possible solutions with PwC team of SAP experts
  • Rapidly prototype and design SAP enabled technology solutions
  • Deliver solution to client and see client and business impact

As a Vacationer in SAP Practice, you’ll need a degree in Technology or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated program dates are November 25th, 2024 to January 24th, 2025.

Your New Benefits

  • Flexible working arrangements including working from home or from a different PwC Australia base office
  • More opportunities to connect with loved ones, with the ability to work up to four weeks from anywhere in Australia and select international locations
  • Health and lifestyle perks like a wellness credit and discounted memberships
  • More family time with 26 weeks paid parental leave
  • World-class development opportunities to accelerate your career
  • Strong mentors, meaningful work and plenty of networking opportunities
  • Dress for your day so you can feel confident and comfortable for whatever your day has in store for you
