Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Not enough offices/spaces for education purposes.

The hospital really needs a refurb so it doesn't look so scruffy. We also need better equipment that works and better facilities for patient eg. Bathrooms that they can get their mobility aids into instead of having to leave them at the bathroom door and walk without their aids just to use the toilet. The new scrubs are ok however most people have found them ill-fitting. We should just be allowed to wear navy scrubs. We are also not provided with enough uniforms for our shifts. Our full time staff get 3 sets of scrubs and they work 5-6 shifts per week and are expected to continuously wash their uniforms everyday.

Company office space is adequate. Our dresscode is quite strict however we have recently transitioned form skirts and stockings to scrubs which is a lot easier to work in.

Quite an old section of the building, the office area especially is not designed with any function in mind. Too small, lack of storage.

I don't work in an office I work in wards and in the perioperative theatres.

The facilities are good. We do often have trouble with our printer and fax machine, which means more time is spend running after a printer

Good. Strict on dress code.

We don't have staff room in day surgery.

The NUM has very strict rules in the ward, and this includes wearing the official scrubs at all times. As a grad, I was given only 1 pair of scrubs uniform (1top and 1 bottoms). This is difficult if I'm rostered for 4 or 5 straight days as I am unable to wash after wear. I end up using the same colour of scrubs though not the official uniform scrubs, and expectedly, I get told off by the NUM because of this.

Facilities are adequate, and new scrubs are good.

No idea what the 'offices' are like, the office on the ward is adequate. The tea rooms are too small with broken lockers and insufficient lockers. Shift workers on night shift should be allowed a space where they can take a full 1 hour break in a quiet, dark room with a bed. Yes, some of us actually sleep in that hour to allow us to function with the rest of the shift.

New sections of the hospital are amazing, fresh and clean. Uniform is good.

All offices are well positioned with enough space for staff and storage. Only in medication room the dispensing table is too small needs a bigger table. All staff wear uniforms in accordance with their position, role and skills making it easy to identify one another's role.

Very good

I like the new scrubs, but they are a very hot material. Not suited for Northern temperatures..

We're rarely in the office but we have lost meeting spaces and storage due to redevelopment. We wear hospital issued scrubs but do have issues with scrubs not being repaired or not having enough for all staff.

My workplace is spacious and has a nice layout. I like our uniforms and everyone adheres to the dress code and maintains a professional presence and attire.

Not really relevant because it's a hospital not an office. Our ward is nice, new and clean. I would recommend putting sharps containers in patients rooms as apart of health and safety. Uniform is just Ramsay scrubs and black shoes. I wouldn't really say there is any dress code amongst nurses as most staff have messy hair and don't wear makeup or maintain any grooming standards.

I feel our dress code could be a little more flexible even if on occasions able to wear different coloured scrubs
