How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
There are two specified team days and I usually come into work on team days plus an additional day every week. I enjoy coming into office but my manager is very flexible with my working arrangements should I want to work from home more.

Currently there is no flexibility as you need to be in branch, you can't do branch work from home. However the managers are very understanding and are willing to accommodate you if you need some time off.

The company is very flexible with my work hours, I work 40 hours per week but my manager is very flexible if I need time off or need to start later or earlier.
