Salary at Rheinmetall

Compared to my other graduate offers in the defence industry, the figure was tied lowest. At one of the defence companies I worked at as a student, we were offered a greater graduate figure than that of a graduate hired externally to reward commitment to the company as well as ensure the time invested in me wasn't wasted. Frustratingly, engineering management rewarded me with a promotion off my Graduate contract at the end of June. However, the promotion and corresponding pay rise still haven't gone through. I have been at the company for almost 2 years with no formal performance review, no KPIs and no opportunities for a pay rise or bonus without vouching for myself to my mangers with the support of my senior engineers.

It is above the average base rate, which is fantastic. They also provide annual pay increases above the requirement specified by inflation.
