How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I'm happy to work extra hours so any extra time doesn't bother me, but there is no expectation to work a ridiculous amount of hours. Very flexible when it comes to working from home.

Work is flexible, especially after COVID-19 where everyone was working from home. Rheinmetall require a 38hr work week but start and finish times vary. Due to a lot of work with our parent company in Germany and Austria, some late nights might be required depending on the project. Time in lieu is given for excess overtime.

Work hours seem pretty reasonable. In the office, people typically start somewhere between 8am - 10am. There also options to work from home.

Due to the nature of the work, some days/weeks are longer than others. The company is quite flexible, granted you are doing the work expected.

The company is super flexible with hours, as long as the work is done, and attend required meetings, can work whatever hours to make up the total hours for the working week.
