I believe our company has a very good representation of females in leadership roles, which is amazing to see as a young female myself wanting to one day be in one of those positions.

I work in an all women team - I love the diversity that the company continues to employee a range of nationalities but also to have women in leadership positions. Maternity leave and flexible working arrangements are offered for all employees not only for families.

The senior partners have made a conscious decision to promote diversity and be inclusive to everyone. They have committed to promoting more women to more senior positions. They also send out letters when someone is going on Mat leave and coming back so they get swamped with well wishes and are made to feel included at all times.

Sharp and Carter are very flexible and equitable when it comes to minorities and all aspects of diversity. There is no discrimination present within the workplace, female empowerment is highlighted and they are very flexible when it comes to working arrangements depending on the needs of their employees

Sharp & Carter mobilises themselves to make sure there is diversity in every team and as such people from less privileged backgrounds are also going to be provided the opportunity to succeed at the same level as someone from a wealthier background. There is no reason why they wont or cant be hired and can't do well for themselves.
