Very satisfied, I dont work well when micro managed and my manager trust me to do the work and deliver when we need to. My manager is very accessible, even if they are not at work and on annual leave and I need them I can always get in contact with them.

My managers are excellent mentors, they make a conscious effort to understand how to best manage me to get results and keep me motivated. I get praise for things I do well and honest feedback on areas I need improvement because they want me to succeed. Communication lines are always open and transparent.
