Please describe the interview process and assessments.
There were a lot of stages, but great insight to the company and role.

There was a graduate day, where for a half day you undertook an interview process which would normally take weeks if not months to go through. It was made up of a round robin interview with all the consultants in the office and then a practical session where you undertook the basic of working in recruitment. Then there was a very informal Skype call with each partner, where we spoke about hobbies etc. These partners took the time to get to know you as a person. It was by far the best interview process I had been involved in as a graduate.

The interview process is thorough. Meeting with directors and leaders, you really get every opportunity to find out as much information about the company, their processes and what the culture is going to be like prior to being offered. It allows you to really understand the ins and outs which is really important when starting a career, it helps with making the right choice. Assessments are personality and characteristics based. Which outlines your strengths and working behavioural style etc.

I was a special exception when going through the process of getting this position. I was unable to attend the graduate day and cannot speak on what that is like. I did however get a chance to meet the senior partners and the informal conversational style resonated well with me and made me feel instantly comfortable and open up.

My resume was given to Elise Ford the director of the grad program 20 min phone interview, I was then asked to attend the graduate program day where I could not attend, so a Ms-teams meeting was made with two of the team members. I then had a face-to-face interview with the director of the digital and tech team and a manager. Finally, I had a meeting with Christian Keyo the Wellbeing director of Sharp & Carter. The whole interview process was conducted in 2 weeks with 4 interviews over 2 different platforms
