At the moment the graduate salary is low - after graduate opportunities, the salary is great.

I dont know too much about that yet as a graduate but I have heard form other consultants its a better structure than most other recruitment agencies.

Currently Im not too financially motivated but either way I am on an entry level starting salary which lines up with what other graduate positions offer. The pay once you become a full consultant I hear is very generous.

Best perks are probably the events that are held, going out to drinks / dinners / lunches are heaps of fun, the people are incredible and its always a good time.

There are lots of client and team lunches. They have 3 free counsellor sessions and wellbeing There are company trips that are paid for, where the entire company gets to go somewhere together.
