Your role

The graduate program at Simplot is structured to provide participants with extensive exposure to business operations. Individuals will collaborate with a diverse group of skilled and seasoned professionals, receiving guidance and development from a manager, mentor, and buddy. In addition to functional rotations across the business, the program offers a tailored graduate training experience that combines group and self-paced development. The emphasis is on cultivating business acumen and nurturing individuals into effective leaders.

In the Finance division at Simplot, there is a single graduate opportunity available, with the role being stationed at the headquarters in Mentone, Melbourne. Participants will undergo multiple rotations within the division, potentially gaining exposure to areas such as Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, and Operations Finance.

To be eligible for the operations graduate role you;

• Have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last two years of the program start date 
• Have achieved a credit average of 65% or higher in Finance, Accounting or similar
• Are available to commence in late January 2025
• Are an Australian or NZ citizen, hold Australian Permanent Residency, or have full working rights for full-time permanent employment in Australia
• Are available to attend the onsite assessment day at the headquarters in Mentone, Melbourne on Monday 26 August 2024.
