What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
Sims Metal has a variety of CSR projects that cover a range of topics, including environmental protection, diversity and community engagement. Specifically I have worked around the implantation of our indigenous reconciliation plan and ensuring all our processes are met / improved over time.
