Our team, through all departments are extremely supportive and friendly within the work environment. Management are outlined through various departments, but all communicate affectively throughout the business operations. Although limited socializing occurs outside of work, socializing within work is great where you know your colleagues as friends.

The team at Sims are good-natured and have been great to work alongside. There are a range of different personality types within the workforce here and it is great to see the communication and cooperation between colleagues. The hierarchy trees on the intranet etc have been very helpful in ensuring there is as little confusion as possible as to the structure of Sims employees. As can be seen from the long service of many employees, it is clear that Sims harbors a professional environment and cares for their staff.
