Managers are very accessible and encouraging for your own success. My managers are great mentors in not only assistance in my own position but also giving me the keys to further my own position within the company.

We have a one-to-one monthly catch-up, it's a good opportunity to raise any concerns or just ask for some feedback, apart from this I've been included in another program with a senior mentor.

yes, absolutely satisfied. i have one on one meeting with my direct report at the rotation i am at every 2nd weeks and another one with the manager who oversee my total program

The majority of management and leadership I have experienced has been valuable and professional. All management is accessible for my role. I do believe that perhaps there could be a bit more support for those in permanent positions in the yard as I have seen that they don't know how to access anything online to help them in communicating or giving feedback with management. There is a great amount of recognition and praise in Sims. I value feedback greatly and feel that there has been an appropriate process in place to receive this. I look forward to seeing the comments from management on my end of year review as I would love to know what I do best and what I can work on to advance in my role. Again however I think that there could be some improvement on praise and recognition for those in the yard and in maintenance. I work closely with the maintenance team and see their hard work everyday.
