Salary at Sims Limited

My starting pay as a graduate I found was competitive. That has since increased over time, with out benefits e.g. Company Phone / Car.

I say 5, because it's a decrease from my last salary, but at the same time I'm on a "learning / training" position, so I would say it's fine. For a graduate I reckon it's more than fine. I don't have any bonuses.

I believe that my current pay is fair for my role. I have not yet been through an end of financial year at Sims so I do not have the knowledge on pay increases or bonuses. I have however heard from some employees and read reviews that indicate that perhaps some roles are not appropriately compensated for given the tasks. Again, I don't have the experience and knowledge to comment on this. I am confident that as Sims is such a successful global company they have and will continue to reward staff appropriately.

As we are a metal recycling business, that provides a variety of collections services. Often management can assist with the use of various vehicles / skip bins to help with any clean up / moving.

Only a discount with private health insurance, for the company size I was expecting further discounts.

I don't have any knowledge of particular perks yet. I'm not sure if there is a platform or something that we can see what perks are given? I have heard from an employee that we potentially have some kind of deal with Marvel Stadium, but I don't know exactly what. I would love further info on this :)
