My hours are from 7-3:30. However, the management are very flexible and will listen to your needs.

My manager is extremely supportive when it comes to work hours. Making time up else where is available.
Although occasional overtime is needed to complete tasks with deadlines etc. This is manageable.

The company is extremely understanding and flexible when it comes to working hours. I am still completing my degree and if I have a class on during work hours, they trust me to make up my hours another time throughout the week.

The company is flexible with hours within reason. They hold a professional standard which is respectable. I have always been curious however to see the benefits and downfalls of a 4 day work week, like those that have been trialed in the UK. I'm not sure how it would work at such a large company that requires a large staff, but I look forward to hearing Sims views on this if it becomes something that is more common internationally.
