Please describe the interview process and assessments.
No assessments from my memory Interview process was smooth and I enjoyed the interviews. But it took multiple weeks to hear any follow up, or response to my own follow up.

interview: very relaxing and engaging assessment: was very different from any job I applied for as they didn't require it
Intern, Moomba Oil Fields - 19 Oct 2023
After having my cover letter and resume looked at by HR, I was invited to an initial interview with my HR representative which felt more like a genuine and comfortable conversation with someone within the industry. Following this, I was invited for a second interview with my proposed destination team manager in which I was asked to give a 15 minute presentation in response to a number of prompts. Following this, I was granted an internship, through which it was decided I was a good fit for the company and kept on.

My interview process happened overseas, and it was quite stimulating. We have interviews with HR and the managers, and a presentation needs to be done discussing a technical problem and how it was solved. I like that the team is technical (including the recruiter), and I feel they are very approachable.
Executive, Perth - 07 Jun 2023

There were 2 stages to the interview process. You will be invited to a teams meeting where you will interviewed on yourself, with a focus on you character, interests, community involvement and your experience. The next stage you are asked to deliver a presentation on yourself to a manager. This presentation is around 10 - 15 mins long and afterwards you are able to have a chat with the manager and get to know more about what your responsibilities will look like.
Intern, Perth - 18 Feb 2023

Just be yourself
Intern, Moomba Oil Fields - 19 Oct 2023
Volunteer as much as possible and take every opportunity you are given to get experience and industry insights. Once you get to the interview stage, try your best as hard as it is to be yourself and just speak with the interviewer as if you are just colleagues or team mates for a university group assignment. Try to be confident in yourself and remember all the work and challenges you've completed and overcome to get to this point, and just try and sell yourself to the interviewer as someone they could genuinely see themselves getting along with and working alongside.
Graduate, Perth - 17 Oct 2023
Read about the company, always smile in the interview, dont just talk about yourself but also ask the recruiter/manager what they think about the company and about their career path.
Graduate, Australia & Oman at the moment. - 17 Oct 2023
Please be yourself.
Graduate, Perth - 17 Oct 2023
Think about answers before providing them. Not every question should be responded with a yes, and it is important to ensure that you are a good fit for the company and the company is a good fit for you - it is a two way street.
Experienced, Perth - 11 Jul 2023
Be yourself, and flag one or two problems and how you solved them. If possible, one technical and one from a personal perspective.
Executive, Perth - 07 Jun 2023
Research each division and have a basic understanding of what service they offer
Graduate, Perth - 03 Mar 2023
SLB hire people for being people. Make sure to demonstrate your character and enthusiasm. Showing your personality seems to be more important than grades or when you graduate or how far you have progressed through your studies.
